小學生の息子と中學生の娘の3人でイタリア、スペイン周遊旅行の途中で利用しました。 ATOCHA駅から徒歩10分、最寄りの観光地まで徒歩圏內、近隣にスーパーやレストランも沢山あり立地は抜群です。 チェックインも事前に登録しておくことで、當日は直接部屋に入れすごく便利です。 難點はたまたまかもしれませんが、入口近くのルームエアコンが1時間くらいで切れてしまい再度電源オンにしなければいけないことくらいです。 1時間くらいで切れるように予約が入っているが解除方法がわからず、寢室側のエアコンは切れずに動いたいたので設定の問題だと思いますがよくわかりませんでした。 総じて部屋は綺麗でバス・トイレもクリーン＆新しく快適なお部屋でした。

Located near to Atocha station, room condition is good, check in early to get access code to the building. Limited front desk hour but self service luggage storage is possible.

Excellent location, you don’t need to public transportations to go most of the attractions in Madrid, that is want we did. The trains station is only less than 10 minutes of walking. The service is minimum, and we did not need it al all. You can ask the towers, and we spent most of daytime outside. It is very quiet, the instructions are very clear. We will coming back again.

The stay was quiet due to double windows and super convenient as its close proximity to Atocha station Make sure online check in first to get the building entrances code Or create a Whatapps to connect with the reception so that access outside service time is secured it is convenient when the guests do not have normal phone call plan. The reception lady was nice with goos spoken english. Highly recommended

위치는 아토차역 이용하시는 분들에게 좋구요 공항에서 찾아가기도 쉬워서 좋았습니다 방 컨디션은 테이블 등 곳곳에 먼지가 좀 있는거 말고는 괜찮았구요 짐 보관서비스할때 비밀번호 설정할 수 있는 락커룸을 이용할 수 있어 너무 좋았습니다 방의 뷰도 너무 좋고 엘리베이터도 이용할 수 있어 가격대비 만족입니다

A priori parecía muy buena opción pero no dormimos en toda la noche. El aislamiento de la habitación no es muy bueno, pero si desde las 2:30 de la mañana hasta las 4 golpea el personal de servicio las pareces del pasillo con una jaula donde llevan ropa sucia (no creo que sean horas), pues ya, dormir se hace imposible. Y al intentar hablar con el personal te responden que qué quieres que hagan. No volvería en ningún caso y os recomiendo evitar este sitio, porque si bien pinta como muy buen alojamiento, no compensan los inconvenientes para dormir. Además, el aire acondicionado que es necesario dado ir no hay mantas, hace un ruido muy fuerte… Muy mala elección.
